How long does it take for my website to be completed?  We finish most sites within 2-4 weeks, it depends on the amount of images and content that you have and the site layout.

Where do you get the content for my website?  The content comes from you.  You are the expert in your field.  We will ask you to fill out a form and include all of the information you want on your website.  We will assist you if necessary in coming up with quality content for your site and can add our thoughts whenever needed but we will rely on you to provide us with content for you site about your business or industry.

Do you use site templates?  Well, yes and no.  Depending on the level of site you buy we may or may not start out with a basic template design but each site is custom built to include your own images and we design custom header graphics and layouts so that none of our clients sites look alike.  We will build a site to suit your needs and your taste and if you don't like it we will provide another design until you are satisfied with the look of your site.

Which site package should I choose?  It all depends on what you want your site to accomplish online and your budget.  If you are a small business and want to simply advertise your store or brick and mortar business online then the Small Business site is perfect.  If you want to sell items online and have an online shopping cart or give your clients the ability to order from you online then you will need the Market Leader package.  If your business is just starting out or you are an individual that just wants to have an online presence then the Starter Website is for you.  If you want to become an affiliate marketer or a blogger then choose the Affiliate website.

What forms of Payment do you Accept? We use PayPal as our payment processor so you may use any major credit card or bank account to pay for your website or services.  PayPal provides a secure transaction that is safe for you and us.

Will I need a Domain Name? Yes, but we will take care of all of that for you. All of our website design packages come with a free domain name and then we maintain and update that registration each year through our hosting package. If you decide to no longer get hosting from us, we will transfer your domain name to you.

What if I already have my own Domain Name? No problem, you can either transfer it to our registrar to ensure that it remains active or you can maintain it and simply point it to our DNS servers.

How will my site be hosted?  Your site will be hosted on our servers and maintained by us.  There is a monthly hosting and maintenance fee that we charge for this service.  Our typical hosting that comes with each package is our basic hosting and maintenance plan for $35 per month. We also have a basic plan for $14.95 per month but the basic plan includes nothing.  You can also get your monthly hosting fees waived if you sign up for one of our SEO Services plans.

Do I have to buy hosting from you? No, you can provide your own hosting but you will have to maintain your website files and any updates or changes you might want to make.

Can I add to or update my site? Yes, your monthly hosting and maintenance fee will cover any reasonable updates and changes that you require.  If you require extensive updates or additions to your site then we will negotiate an agreeable fee to make the changes to your site.

What is SEO?  SEO Services or Search Engine Optimization is a combination of on-page and off-page techniques that are implemented to help your website rank higher for targeted keyword terms and phrases on Google and the other search engines.

Can I do SEO myself?  Absolutely, anyone can perform the tasks required for Search Engine Optimization.  However, be prepared to spend every waking hour at your computer learning and updating the techniques that are working now and analyzing search engine data.  Then once that is finished be ready to spend a few solid weeks setting up hundreds of accounts at social media sites, blog forums, article directories, and video directories as well as PR sites and social book marking sites.  Then once all your accounts are set up your tasks will be article writing and blog posting along with making videos and then posting them to each one of the hundreds if not, thousands of accounts that are necessary to build your high quality backlinks.  So, of course, you can definitely do this on your own, that is, if you don't want to have a life.

Yes, you may cancel at anytime and you don't even have to contact us to cancel.  You are in full control of your subscription.  We use Paypal as our Payment collection method and to cancel, how you need to do is login to your Paypal account and stop your subscription.  Although, we would appreciate you discussing your reason for cancellation first so that we may work with you and resolve whatever the issue is.  Our commitment is to your total satisfaction.

Is your SEO services Guaranteed? Yes, for each package there is a Money Back Guarantee, but since SEO takes time to work you have to give us an honest try and each package requires a certain time period of commitment to see results and if in that time you are not getting the results we promised, you will receive a Full refund of your money.

How Do I get Started? Scroll to the top of this page and choose a package.
